Blind Taste Test & Food Reviews

In case you have missed it, my little brother and  I have taken to doing food reviews and blind taste tests. What we've found out is that we are highly unqualified to be doing such reviews. Its either our taste buds are just that far gone or that eating blind really is a big game changer.

Here are the results...
LAY's Chips - this is the fan favorite because Sour Cream and Onion blows our mind

BEN & JERRY'S ICE CREAM

OREOS

WHSKEYS (with Nick)

We are going to try and post a new one every Monday but are running out of ideas, so if you have any don't be shy.

What Do You Believe In?

Here's what I need you guys to do. Write down a list of everything you believe in and send it to me. Doesn't have to be long or witty or clever or even meaningful. Just whatever you believe in. Seven to ten lines.

For some reason I have always liked these sort of things. Whether it be speeches or poems or simply just a list. Whenever they show up they grab my attention. So I'll probably enjoy reading everyone's and then who knows, maybe I'll make a coffee book out of the collection.

Here are some examples...

Mine

Frank Turner

Ritzy's (my sister)

Audrey Hepburn

So think about it for a little. Then write it down and send it my way, include your name age and location. Thanks!

Halloween 2014

Here's a quick recap of my 25th Halloween. It was quite entertaining, except the exact opposite of entertaining. So if you are one of the five people reading this strap in and enjoy the ride.

I woke up at around nine o'clock and went on a quick book walk. Whats a book walk you ask? Well thats when i go for a walk and read a book the entire time and the lady that walks at the same time as me always says, "if i were to try that i'd trip every step" and i look up at her and laugh and nod and think about how she must be a terrible reader if thats is true.

My book walk gave me some inspiration, which was nice. I spent the next two hours writing a short story. And those two activities probably make up for all the positive things i did this halloween.

Okay so by this time in the day my little brother Luke is home from school. Naturally we play a game of FIFA, i think he beat me but for the sake of the blog we'll say i beat him 4-0. Then we go outside and and try to make The Shot. Its a basketball 'shot' that we always do. Well turns out that I am and old piece of shit now and i have to start stretching before such activities. I come the closest to making the shot but pull my hamstring in the process. The video makes it look very easy, because i come very close but believe me, its not easy. its only been done four times and only three people have made it. Ball can only bounce once and you cannot be touching the ball and ground at the same time while you shoot. But like i said, i pulled my hamstring. So theres the first negative of Halloween 2014.

A little later in the day I drove through downtown. I could have avoided it but I went through the heart of it on purpose because I love the small town holiday stuff. There were little kids in costumes everywhere. I decided to make some quick songs about the whole experience. Here they are...

At home i gave out candy to trick or treaters for a little bit. The best kid was the little 5 year old Tom Brady who dug through the bowl looking for gluten free candy.

So then it was time to dress up and go to a party. I threw on a pearl snap shirt and my cowboy hat and called it a costume. Went to a lil party. Ran the table in beer pong (water pong). Really wished i still enjoyed beer pong because it is one of my few good skills i have going for me. Got offered a cigar so i smoked a cigar cause no cowboy would turn down a cigar. Didn't drink too much at the party. Drove home. Then got my lonely halloween on.... as seen in these videos.
